COMPLETE RAFFLE RULES:
- Raffle tickets are for sale to members of the public. Purchaser must be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase. LLS board members and staff members are not eligible to participate.
- All entries must be received and paid in full by 10:00p CT on 11/29/13 to be eligible for the drawing.
- The prize drawing will be held at 12:00p CT on 11/30/13.
- The cash prize will consist of $0.50 from every dollar raised from the purchase of raffle ticket sales.
- The drawing winner MUST present the winning ticket to claim the prize.
- If you are the winner, you will receive an email and a phone call with instructions on how to claim your prize. You will have 30 days to respond. If we have not received a response from the winner within 30 days, a second drawing will be held.
- Cash prize may be awarded in the form of a pre-paid Visa gift card for use anywhere Visa is accepted.
- Raffle ticket purchases are NOT tax-deductible.
- TAX LIABILITY: Prize winner shall be responsible to withhold and pay all applicable federal, state & municipal taxes. As required by Federal Law, LLS will complete IRS form W-2G and will forward a copy to the prize winner. This form is not typically required unless the cash prize amount exceeds $600.00.
- RETURN POLICY: Raffle ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Entry purchasers, by participating (and winners, by accepting a prize) release Little Ladies Society, and its respective board, committee members, volunteers, partners, vendors, agents, representatives & sponsors from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession or use of the prize(s) awarded.
